“Love & Plates can truly adapt to all food preferences. I eat only organic paleo, and Nicolle cooks with the oils I like—olive and avocado, etc. She also makes milder versions of meat for our 10-year-old, as well as delicious things like chickpea cauliflower curry and chicken veggie soups, roasted chicken with lemon, amazing salads of every kind—Greek, cabbage Asian slaw, anything you can imagine. Want sugar-free, low-carb desserts? She makes almond-flour shortbread cookies and mint chocolate-chip coconut ice cream (dairy-free with monk fruit sweetener). I’m a major foodie, so the quality has to be good. Nicolle delivers every single time.”
